What was your favorite picture book as a kid?
The only one I can remember is Harold and the Purple Crayon. Probably, because I also read it to my sons.

What was the first “real” book (with chapters and without pictures) you remember reading?
I think the Encyclopedia Brown Series or Little House on the Prairie Series.

What was your most favorite book in high school?
I’m not positive, perhaps the Trixie Beldon Series.

What was your least favorite book in high school?
I can’t think of any least favorites other than my math textbooks. 🙂

The Burning of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania by Rev. B. Schneck

Which book lived up to the hype (from the past 1-2 years)?
I thoroughly enjoyed the debut novel by Angela Bell, A Lady’s Guide to Marvels and Misadventure.

Kelly F. Barr’s new book, Love by Pony Express.
