They were kidding about this being a sassy short story — it’s incredibly short! I was expecting a few chapters, but this is basically a story in a chapter. Most stories this short fail miserably, but Jessica Kate pulls it off. It’s sweet and romantic and there’s even a fun twist in there that I didn’t see coming.
