As a Christian, there are sometimes leadership tips and theories that I can’t embrace because they contradict my faith. At its core, however, I believe that good leadership is based on Biblical principals (regardless of whether or not people recognize or accept that). In The 4 Dimensions of Extraordinary Leadership, Catron not only includes faith as part of her leadership style, she actually bases her strategy on Mark 12:30 (NIV):

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.
