1) Add 10,000 words to MS
2) Get 1st chapter of MS to critique partners

That’s it. Two goals. I’m not even going to review last months goals because, well…I didn’t meet them. It turns out my part-time jobs with the papers are consuming some time, but I’m okay with that because they pay me 🙂 And I did get a lot written on my MS (my goal was 5000 words), but I didn’t write down my starting point, so I have no idea how many I actually added (genius, I know).

I’m just trying to stay realistic, but also challenge myself. And this will be a challenge, because…

I’m going to Vegas on Oct. 21st and staying for TWO WEEKS!! I have a 3 yr. old niece and 10 mo. old nephew – they will be getting lots of quality Aunt Tawin time. I’m willing to sacrifice some writing time for them (considering I haven’t seen them since January!).

So those are my goals. Actually, I have an unofficial third goal:
3) Exceed goals 1&2
