Technically Scott and Shelby aren’t getting their second chance together, but it’s a second chance for each of them: Scott gets a chance to act on a crush he’s had since high school and Shelby gets another shot at love after the tragic death of her husband. Throw in a little local mystery and these two have all kinds of opportunities to butt heads and fall in love.

A shorter novel (almost a novella), this was a quick read — perfect for those weekends when you want to relax inside.
